The Royal Palm began as a single bungalow on Kihim Beach, built by the Deshmukh family as a quiet retreat from Mumbai. What started as six rooms grew, slowly and deliberately, into the sanctuary it is today — without ever losing the unhurried spirit it was built on.
We still believe the best luxury is invisible: it's in the silence of a well-built wall, the timing of a housekeeping visit, the way a server remembers how you take your coffee without being told twice.
